Cancellation Policy

The total cost for the booth rental must be paid prior to event.Extra time is billed in 1 hour increments at £80.00 per hour. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES Generally, we show up approximately two hours before your event and set up our entire photobooth. We need one hour after booth closing time to tear down and pack our photobooth. We need a 3mx3m area for our booth. We need one three-prong outlet within ten feet of our booth to run our entire booth. We need a ceiling height of at least nine feet high. ONLINE GALLERY Client accepts all responsibility for archiving and protecting the photographs and media. It is Client’s responsibility to make sure that digital files are copied to new media as required. Digital image files will only be made available for download in an online gallery for two weeks following event. PHOTO RELEASES Client grants us permission to use images from Client’s event to promote our business, use on our website, blog, social media and print marketing materials. Client waives any right to any payment, royalties, or any other consideration for the use of the images. Client waives the right to inspect or approve the finished product, including written or electronic copy, wherein Client’s likeness appears. Client hereby holds harmless, releases and forever discharges us from all claims, demands, and causes of action which Client, his/her heirs, representatives, executors, administrators, or any other persons acting on Client’s behalf or on behalf of the Client’s estates have or may have by reason of this authorization. INTERRUPTIONS AND CANCELLATION If Ascot 360 Photo Booth is unable to provide services due to circumstances beyond our control, we will work with the client to reach a mutually beneficial arrangement. If the client cancels this agreement within 15 days of the event, no refund of deposit. For cancelations more than 15 days before the event, Client will receive all money paid. To reschedule please contact us at least 10 days before the event. Ascot 360 Photo booth shall not be held liable for any action that may arise from or in connection with any individual that is not directed affiliated with us. Clients must take. liability and responsibility for all damages to any equipment owned by us, that is proven to be caused by guests or clients. Both parties shall be permanently bound to fulfil the obligation within this agreement.
